a lot of kids get a leg up at the beginning and dont realize, unfortunate kids are tried to be put at a lower mindset from the begin
when we are young are minds are growing and we love alot more things, as we grow older it seems all we care about is security. we don’t appreciate life
as much as we once did. I could play hi-in-go-seek all day, or a simple game of make me laugh with my friends or a game of basketball. now all it seems i do
is grind it out, grind out everyday just waiting for the next. waiting to go to sleep, and wake up. maybe today will be the day. i realized something about life.
your never really satisfied no matter what. there always has to be more. if your cold all you want is shelter, hungry all you want is a meal, work all day
all you want is a raise, and i realized after a decade of paper chasing.. i won 34k in one night, now that may not be rich to most but when u only have five
thousand to your name.. you might as well be rich,, but i thought after a while, there is no sigh, there is no its over…

My good friend Stevie V’s advice for starting from scratch on Aced Poker!

(1).This is how to get your first cash!
The quickest way to get cash are funsteps, you can get 10 step-1
tickets for 250 play money each day at the admin!
Top 3 in these 10 man sng gets you a step-2 ticket
In a step-2 the top 2 get a step-3 ticket, and if you win a
step-3 the winner gets $1. Play very aggressive in step-1 you
just need a double up to be almost guaranteed to get
in the top-3, so push with any 2 facecards, suited aces and pairs!
seen loads of 4-5 man all-ins on the first hand so
you’ll do good if you get at least 5 step-2 tickets from it.
In step 2 still must play aggressive but for push use top 5 starting hands like
ak-aq-aj-a10-kq medium/high pp and high suited connectors.
keep in mind that want the top 2 but place 3 gives a new shot at step-2.
doing good if get 2 or 3 step 3 tickets.
in step-3 play tight aggressive if you want to win this one!
second is ok for another shot and third is no to bad!
The second way to get free cash are the $200 freerolls that run about every
few hours, they cost a lot of time and just a few places get you cash or a
tournament ticket, i played these loose aggressive in the first hours so its was
mostly death or glory early did not wanted to waste to much time there.

(2). You have your 1st cash now what..made your first buck what to do next? I suggest to play limit ring games at lowest level with a minimum buyin to try to get 10 cents profit so you can play the $1 double or nothing sng that are fairly easy to cash in. The second option is to play the 6 cent MTT’s, quarter quickly or the fast fifty freezeout MTT. Did a fast fifty and a quarter quickly with my first $1 for 90 cents total, leaving me with 10 cents so i could play the $1 double or nothing sng with my second funstep dollar i would bankroll manage.

(3). You have your first $10 so what now?
this depends on what you like more or are skilled in!
I kept playing funsteps, played like a real donk in the $200 freerolls (death or glory)
I chose to play mostly $1 double or nothing sng and the fast fifthy freezeout as
main source to build my bankroll ! besides those i played low level bounty sng and mtt ! why those? Because in a bounty sng the top 3 pay out and every kill is 50% of investment back! I played these tight aggressive and made nice profits in those. In the bounty mtt I played tight aggressive when I was just needing 2 kills to get my investment back, but mostly made 4+ kills and cashed in a few for steady growth.

(4). Join private freerolls (like CCs)

(.5) Join money-added buy-ins (like CCs)

I hope to have given some usefull tips for all those trying to build a bankroll from
scratch! Good Luck on the felt!

-Stevie V.
